Culinary Poetry exists to document and share the best of life as it pertains to food. Here you will find:
- recipes from my travels, based on my most inspirational food experiences & adapted for the home kitchen.
- recipes from my family’s home cooking, developed from scratch & adapted to suit modern tastes and healthy practices when fitting. In this case, the original family recipe may be posted as well.
- reviews of wine, beer, & other beverages. I record their literal values – quality, taste, and style – as well as their abstract values – the images, feelings, and emotions – that arise like poetry in the singular moment of the first experience at its purest.
- photo journals featuring the best chefs, venues, and culinary experiences I have encountered in my local area and while traveling.
